I've learned over the last four years, that contracts are not a preference, they are a requirement when working with high volume clients. It not only protects you and outlines the services agreed upon, but it also shows your client that you're serious about the promises you've made and you are prepared to take legal action if necessary. So... I've decided to cook up a template that outlines all the guidelines usually discussed when rendering a service as a graphic designer. Feel free to make necessary changes as your business needs, and you can also add customizations like your logo, color scheme, brand signature, background layout, etc.
